HI everyone!

You brit riders seem like a very warm group, so I come to you in asking a favor.

My father mentioned his dream bike was an old BSA goldflash. he told me to look for a 56-58, but he can be off on his years sometimes.

I dont know much about brit bikes, and I found their hard to come by. I ride a new sportbike, so if you could could help me out, that'd be wonderful!

I have no idea where to start looking outside of craigslist, ebay, cycletrader and local circulars. Obviously I cant find what I want, so I dont even know where to find vintage british shops to get some sort of phone number. If any of you could post some place to look up information about this model, a fan site, or perhaps a good place to find these bikes. I have no problem working on it, as I wish to present it to my father for his birthday in november. I've already tried contacting the member with the 52 goldflash/sidecar.

Any help would be appreciated, and thank you! You're all a wonderful group!

Looking,

Am currently restoring 1959 650
golden flash and as I understand
it they are quite rare. I was
lucky to find it.
